At Manic Cherry, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible so you can continue building your dream home with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Manic Cherry boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
