How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or custom decor, please allow up to 14 business days for specialized handling and delivery.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale furniture are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Manic Cherry ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.

How can I track the status of my furniture delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For oversized items, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.
